i ended up going to the gym, as much as i didn’t want to/wanted to just stay indoors and be lazy. i ended up overeating still, but at least it was mostly all healthy/healthier foods.. mmmm yeah. i just have to make sure i stay consistent with my exercising and i should be alright.
